Recommendation regarding Mr Nathan Ryan
Nathan and his company carried out a loft conversion with en suite shower together with additional ancillary works on our property.
Throughout the process Nathan and his team have been excellent, adopting a professional yet friendly approach which made them very easy to deal with. They had the run of the house while we were at work and proved completely trustworthy. Communication was daily with Nathan as he updated us on progress, raised queries or made recommendations as required. He was always contactable and was very prompt in dealing with any queries or concerns we had which made the process as painless as possible for us.
The work was carried out very quickly the minimal possible mess and without any financial shocks. Final fit and finish of the work is very good and the small number of minor snagging items were dealt with immediately. At no time did the work get delayed due to unscheduled breaks.
We would have no hesitation in using Nathan again or recommending him to someone else.

Letter of recommendation regarding the work of Nathan Ryan
Nathan Ryan, and his team, has undertaken a lot of work at my house recently starting in February of this year with a full loft conversion to create a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom and more recently in June, a complete renovation of our first floor bathroom. He has also laid a wooden floor for us.
My wife and I have been delighted both with the quality of the work and with the speed at which it was completed. Nathan clearly takes great pride in his work and reputation and we ended up with a great end product. Several of our neighbours observed the work that Nathan did at my house and subsequently engaged him to work on similar projects for them.
Throughout both our projects Nathan was very accessible and quickly responded to my many questions. He would make useful suggestions over some of the details which we would discuss and then agree on. I found the fact that it was easy to communicate with Nathan to be one of the key success factors. Importantly Nathan is extremely trustworthy which in our case is particularly significant as my wife and I both work full time and therefore had to leave him with the run of the house.
In summary, from my experience, the work that Nathan does is of high quality and he, and his team, is reliable working hard to finish projects on time. Furthermore they are very friendly, trustworthy and highly responsive. I can recommend them unreservedly.

Nathan, James and their team recently completed our loft conversion. They were punctual, approachable, efficient, interactive, interested and an absolute joy to have around.
Nothing was too much trouble. Their attitude was professional and caring. The team was punctual, polite and tidy.
They listened to any concerns we had, and made sure we were kept in 'the loop' when their second fixers/tradesmen came in to complete the job.
The quality of their work was excellent. The roof structure, replica staircase, finish and overall impression is second to none.
