Typical Timescales – Conservatories
From experience, we believe that a project to construct a typical conservatory will require 2-3 weeks to completion. This time period commences from the date when the final design is signed-off by the client. This timescale covers groundworks, structure, glazing roofing/cover and final fit.
Conservatories project managed by Bespoke Renovation’s team, are constructed to meet existing building regulations. This includes the glass specifications which comply with the designated heat loss ratings. Our appointed conservatories team is FENCA registered.

Conservatories – Designated Development
Since the introduction of new building regulations which came into effect on 1 October 2008, the addition of a conservatory to a house, subject to certain limits and conditions, is now considered a permitted development. For maisonettes, flats, listed houses and homes in conservation areas, additional conditions will apply. If appointed, Bespoke Renovation will be able to help and advise you in this area.
