Nathan Ryan is the Managing Director at Bespoke Renovation. He has 12 years experience of managing a significant number of projects involving loft conversions, building extensions and renovations. After working for other loft conversion and building companies, Nathan now feels that he can only continue to provide the high level of craftsmanship and service to clients if he can lead the business. This is the reason why Nathan launched Bespoke Renovation in autumn 2009 specifically to manage loft conversions, building extensions and renovations within the areas of Hertfordshire (Herts), Essex, N, E and SW London.
Nathan chose the brand name Bespoke Renovation as it best reflects his and the team’s tailored approach to suit each client in achieving what they the client wants. In essence the client truly comes first!
Starting out as a carpenter, Nathan has developed a wide skill set to become a respected project manager and leader of multiple teams for many years. He still retains a professional hands-on approach. Bespoke Renovation’s team is hand selected and trustworthy. They have worked with Nathan before and some have worked only for Nathan since leaving school. The team has a combined experience of over 40 years in loft conversions, building extensions and renovations covering Essex, Herts and N, E and SW London.
Bespoke Renovation is a member of The Guild of Master Craftsmen.
For 30 years the Guild has been supporting and promoting the excellence of workmanship across a variety of trades, including builders. The Guild of Craftsmen and their Coat of Arms embodies the skills, integrity, quality and service that their members provide.
The Guild monitors standards to ensure that they are maintained or, where possible improved to ensure that clients receive complete satisfaction from their members, including builders. The Guild’s vigorous entry criteria used to assess builders ensures that they provide a quality service using quality materials to meet a high standard. Membership is by no means awarded automatically and standards measure customer care, as well as the service provided, and quality or workmanship.
